Hold the 'action' button *) and tap and keep the stylus on the name of the active window. Release both and a window pops up with info about the selected window or it's parent. *) On my HTC Wizard it's the center button on the d-pad.

I had to hold the stylus down a bit to the right of the title otherwise the Start menu popped up instead. Interesting info, but I'm not sure how to use it other than for debugging.
So, what does it do then?
more importantly, how do you disable it from accidently appearing? i do it every couple of days and it drives me nuts.
