Customize startup programs
In this registry key you can find all the items that appear in the 'New' menu on the Today screen:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shell\Extensions\NewMenu
These are the programs that automatically start when performing a soft reset:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shell\Start Items

that key lists all the programs that start up automatically. If you want to stop a program from launching automatically you can remove the entry, or you can add your program similar to the existing ones.
i cudnt do the startup tweak.. cud u pls giv me a little more detailed instructions? thanx
There also appears to be a "\Windows\Start Up" Folder in the file system
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shell\Start Items - there are all the links that are in "Start" menu, not in startup!
can someone tell me how to change the startup logo of o2 xda mini. because ive installed a program and it change to an apple logo. even after the hard reset its still there. help!
